Holiday Journal - The Beginning...

The prompts started yesterday for Journal Your Christmas, so today I have my first pages to share with you! My plan is to follow each day's prompt first, and then add in a daily journal entry. So, here we go...

This is the inside of the front cover. The Manifesto was given to us from Shimelle as part of the first prompt. I loved it so much I put it here on my front cover!...

Here's my title page. The background paper is a vintage program from The Nutcracker Ballet. I thought this was a great chance to use it...

I couldn't resist getting a picture of Willie checking things out - this was actually on November 30th, but I thought it made a nice lead in...

Here's my December 1st prompt page...

and my December 1st Journaling...

The journaling here is written on a shopping bag I got at Bath and Body Works. It was so cute and christmasy, & it happens to go with my color scheme!!! I thought it might be nice to tuck secret things (like pictures of gifts we buy for the kids) into the bag, not to be looked at before Christmas...

The new challenge is a knee-slappin country number over at Scrapping The Music! It's a fun one I promise! Click here to check it out - and hopefully you will want to play along with us!

Now I'm off to plan some more catch-up projects! Thanks for visiting and I will see you tomorrow!
