Your Support Means So Much...

I want to say thank you so much to everyone who left comments on my last post. You have no idea how much it meant to me. This last week has been very difficult. We laid my mom to rest on Wednesday. I still can't believe it happened. But I want you all to know, that being able to take a break now and then to read your supportive comments was such a comfort.

Give hugs freely and don't forget to say I love you.

I will be back to regular blogging soon.

  2. Dear Michelle,
I have been thinking of you and your family but also know that we need time for our spirits and souls to rest. I look forward to when you return with your bright and inspiring blogposts - but until then, take care of you and yours. Sending you my prayers,

  5. As a member of the "motherless daughter" sisterhood, I offer these suggestions for what they are worth:

    1. Be good to yourself.
    2. Allow yourself to feel whatever you feel, for as long as you feel it.
    3. Don't "should" on yourself.
    4. Accept love and help as needed.
    5. Remember: Living your best life is a wonderful way to honor your mother's memory.

    Repeat as necessary.

Love and prayers to you and your family!

  9. More and more hugs for you girlie. I lost my Dad in Novemeber and it has been very hard, but it reminded me how important it is to cherish the time we have.

  10. I know I cannot believe it and I can only imagine how you are feeling. My Mom's death was sudden and without any warning. Everyone's experience is so unique and different, I can only relate to the pain I felt. It took me years to heal, because I thought I was all right. Take your time and be very aware of what YOU need, no one else! My prayers are with you!
