First Pages from Sketchbook Skool...

I'm having so much fun in Sketchbook Skool!  It's even more fun than I hoped it would be!  I'm feeling so inspired!

I chose to work in a Strathmore 500 Series Mixed Media Journal, after reading about it on Roz Stendahl's blog.  I'm so glad I did. The paper is fantastic!  Nice and heavy, with a smooth surface for drawing details.

Here are my pages from the first week with Danny Gregory...

I hope to get another spread done before Friday, when our new klass goes up!

Thanks so much for visiting!

Hello Michelle,

I just love the diary page, what a great memory for you to know about your grandma. I LOVE that she kept a journal and it that tradition passed down to you for sure. We both have birthday's next month, I forgot about that, YAY!! I was born in 1969 so we are 10 years apart, kinda cool isn't it.

The other sketches are amazing Michelle, you are so good at drawing and getting the colors right. LOVE!!

Keep having fun and please share more with us.
