Day 22 of 30: National Nonstop Journaling Month...

Hi friends!  I'm so excited to say that I have finished the last page of one of my art journals!  My page for Day 22 of NaNoJouMo is the inside back cover of my "Follow Your Own Beat" journal.  Here's how it turned out...

Day 22
Step Into My Shoes
Cutting and pasting random bits of colorful paper is one of the most calming activities I know of.  Would you agree?  These are just bits out of my scrapbox.  I added a few words cut from magazines, cuz they spoke to me in light of the current situation on this planet. The joyful jumping boys just made me feel happy.

I am planning to do a flipthru of this journal after the challenge is over and I have a little more time.

Thanks for visiting!  I wish you a heavenly Sunday!

cutting and pasting is indeed relaxing... I am letter-drawing at the moment which has the same 'Zen' effect on me. I love your colorful pages! Oh, and I want you to know that you can now vote for the new (2015) Top 2000 list... I'll make a blogpost about it next week but here's the link if you want to be fast, ha! http://stemmen.top2000.nl

I just love your journal pages and am thoroughly enjoying your posts this month. I hope that this leads me to action in doing some fun less-serious journaling on my own. Thanks for sharing so openly.
